Created timelines, scope of work and advocation for time to enable team members to enjoy and manage library work along other work. Worked alongside Creative Ops to ensure process.

  • Brief Overview
Finding patterns to create efficiencies and parity between design and development

Unraveling previously built components and understanding the best ways to build for Storybook and Contentful.

  • Brief Overview
Outdated and disorganized product imagery needing overhaul

Product imagery utilized by all of Marketing and Creatives needed to be aligned to product updates, managing an audit and leading redesign to ensure parity.

Operationalizing a process and leading creatives

Prioritization of the component library was crucial in the way that the company was shifting in terms of timelines. Led a tiger team of designers and developers to meet every week and create library components to enable design to move quickly alongside development. This involved project management, resourcing bandwidth, defining milestones and maintaining an eye for consistency and documentation.

Working alongside operations

Worked with the Director of Operations provided insight into future projects to help inform library priorities. Gained better understanding of resourcing work and how to advocate for important work.

AI Opportunity

Worked in tandem with engineering to operationalize Figma Code Connect and AI-driven workflows (including MCP integrations) to modernize the design-development handoff, ensure parity between Figma, React, and CMS. This work reduced development cycles by 33% while upholding brand consistency.

Designing the product to tell a story

A product with a brand lens

Creating a branded product allows for deeper story-telling, product examples and consistent visualizations. To do this, creating a library of personas and pets was needed to keep consistency across 500+ images.

In-flight features and visual communication

Worked closely with Product Design to ensure alignment on new features and capabilities. When product went straight to development, research and exploration within product aided in visualization.

Audit and updates of whole product instances

With over 1000 webpages and 2-4 product images on each page, I worked with Web Strategy team to create a crawl and document out-dated images. From there, I lead a team to update and replace high-impact web pages with the most current product representation.

AI Opportunity

Trained Claude to understand the brand story to create fake posts and storylines, Nano banana to create imagery and then design the product with our brand standards.
