To maintain consistency with the rest of the experience across Sprout, the brand needed updating alongside messaging to set the tone for future employees.
Previously the career site featured in-person as a main focus with a dedicated photoshoot in the office. As the landscape of work changed, so did the imagery needs to capture remote-culture.
Updating the career site had been a robust process and often times would not happen. Early collaboration and upfront planning was needed to ensure easy updates moving forward.
As the industry is constantly changing, events and experiences have to as well. Vantage was a multi-city in-person roadshow that shared themes such as Social ROI, event speakers, peer roundtables and special city-specific details.
Understanding the nuance between all locations of the event and finding patterns to repeat across the template for each.
Due to the nature of the webinar content, access to creator content long term was a must-have. To achieve this, a working prototype of the event landing page was designed to show to stakeholders to expedite the approval process.
Webinars are a moment in time, but knowing the audience is already strapped for time, the need for an experience after the event was vital. Creating a post-event page with video viewing patterns has enabled this content to continue to live on.
Sprout created a product event to showcase new features for new customers and existing. In tandem with the event, a product update page was necessary to showcase the full extent of product releases. Working closely with UX to ensure the pathway was clear, a visitor would attend the event and visit the product updates page to follow.
This project quickly revealed a few things, a team highly focused on creating a webinar event and another team looking to create a place to house information on the website.
Events ranged from trendy fashion shows, sport games to artist-gatherings. The templated needed to stretch and accommodate everything in between. With growing capabilities in the product and variety of social posts, this template flexed and functioned as needed.
Showing how the product is one thing, but translating how it can benefit a business is another. Working closely with the marketing partners we found data points to pull, imagery to highlight and insights that could translate to a business who was looking to share data insights.
