As the industry is constantly changing, events and experiences have to as well. Vantage was a multi-city in-person roadshow that shared themes such as Social ROI, event speakers, peer roundtables and special city-specific details.
Due to the tooling that was pre-existing and preferred, the design needed to work within an existing template and limited customizations. Stress testing while designing enabled the design to be quickly approved and translated into the 3rd party tooling.
Creating flexibility and enabling partners to update, edit and add to the site was a must. Documentation, a live walkthrough and early discussions ensured the end product’s success.
Enter the era of the influencer. Sprout’s Influencer Marketing product enabled greater connection with creators and their content for businesses. To show how this can be done, a webinar, and a resource library post-event, was created to showcase strong industry voices.
Due to the nature of the webinar content, access to creator content long term was a must-have. To achieve this, a working prototype of the event landing page was designed to show to stakeholders to expedite the approval process.
Webinars are a moment in time, but knowing the audience is already strapped for time, the need for an experience after the event was vital. Creating a post-event page with video viewing patterns has enabled this content to continue to live on.
Sprout created a product event to showcase new features for new customers and existing. In tandem with the event, a product update page was necessary to showcase the full extent of product releases. Working closely with UX to ensure the pathway was clear, a visitor would attend the event and visit the product updates page to follow.
This project quickly revealed a few things, a team highly focused on creating a webinar event and another team looking to create a place to house information on the website.
Worked alongside product design to ensure that what was being marketed was true to what was able to be delivered.
Created a template to be utilized across multiple events: Super bowl, Cannes, Oscars, Art Basel, etc.
The same template could be utilized regardless of event type.
Provided an engaging example of how a customer could utilize the product.
