    Components became synonymous with working quickly and finding time-savings within projects. To enable designers and marketers to work fast and create quickly it was imperative to find patterns and create a system that could scale.

    Worked in Asana to create timelines, scope of project and share-outs for Director of Operations to advocate for time with the team involved.

    Worked with Product designers to understand new features and translate them into tangible brand stories for marketing purposes.

Operationalizing a process and leading creatives

Prioritization of the component library was crucial in the way that the company was shifting in terms of timelines. Led a tiger team of designers and developers to meet every week and create library components to enable design to move quickly alongside development. This involved project management, resourcing bandwidth, defining milestones and maintaining an eye for consistency and documentation.

  • Optimizing Build outs

    Worked in tandem with engineering to operationalize Figma Code Connect and AI-driven workflows (including MCP integrations) to modernize the design-development handoff, ensure parity between Figma, React, and CMS. This work reduced development cycles by 33% while upholding brand consistency.

  • Working alongside operations

    Worked with the Director of Operations provided insight into future projects to help inform library priorities. Gained better understanding of resourcing work and how to advocate for important work.

Designing the product to tell a story

Created consistent product imagery with a branded lens across the marketing site and other media. Worked closely with product designers to understand new features and became a subject expert. Trained Claude to understand the brand story to create fake posts and storylines, Nano banana to create imagery and then design the product with our brand standards.
